Festival Card

Even before the start of the official ticket sales, you can buy a Festival Card (€ 77,00) which entitles the owner to buy one reduced ticket per concert. Unfortunately, we made a mistake in our covering letter of the Bachfest programme brochure: you will not receive a 30% reduction on the normal ticket price but you can by tickets at the reduced price.

- A combination with other concessions is not possible.
- The Festival Card is non-transferable and has to be shown at the entrance.
- The Festival Card cannot be applied to guided tours and to the following concerts not organized by Bach Archive Leipzig: No 5, 17, 19, 27, 28, 33, 37, 40, 42, 50, 55, 71, 75, 85, 89, 120, 132, 139, 150, 152, 153, 159.

- If you want to use the price reduction available with a Festival Card, please buy your card first.
- After you have paid for it you will be sent two pdf documents: the Festival Card (PrintatHome) and an »Voucher«.

- In the voucher you can find an code that consists of 19 digits and starts with »V«. Please don’t forget the hyphens.

- You have to enter this code in the field Voucher Code / Festival Card when you are in your shopping cart.
- Each code can be used once for all the concerts where the card is applicable.
- If you want to buy more than one ticket for a concert with this reduction you need a Festival Card for each ticket.
- If you want to use your Festival  Card, please log in to your Ticketmaster account first.
- After you have put all the tickets you want to buy into your cart, you can enter the first code into the above mentioned field below your tickets.

- You will be asked to mark the concert to which the reduction is to be applied by clicking on Standard price.

- When your mouse hovers over one of the tickets, a dark frame will appear around it. You can click anywhere on the ticket (except the title).

- The reduction will be automatically applied to the ticket price and the voucher code will be shown on the ticket.

- Following this, you can enter the the code again, mark the ticket of the next concert and the reduction will be applied.
- By entering the code again and again the reduction can be applied to one ticket at the time of all the concerts you want to buy.
- If you have more than one Festival Card, you have to proceed with the second code in the same way: enter the code, mark the ticket of the first concert, enter the code, mark the ticket of the second concert and so on.
- If the buying process is interrupted after you have entered the code, you will have to wait for an hour until the code works again.
- If you want to also buy tickets for concerts that not you as owner of the Festival Pass will visit, but that you buy for another festival visitor, please do not apply the reduction as the Festival Card is non-transferable.
