The winner of the first prize in the Violin section (2026) will introduce themselves to the festival audience firstly with Bach’s Violin Concerto in E Major and then close the evening with one of the Piano section prize winners by performing the Double Concerto for Piano and Violin in D Minor by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy.
