DONATE FOR OUR FREELANCE MUSICIANS – #alarmstuferot

For freelance musicians primarily focused on Baroque Music, the Corona Pandemic is an existential challenge. The first lockdown happened in spring – when Bach’s Passions can be heard everywhere and many freelancers earn a large part of their annual income with the performances. The second lockdown will now take place immediately before Advent, and it is to be feared that far fewer performances of the Christmas Oratorio will now take place and that the freelancers will again have no income.

Therefore we ask urgently for solidarity with the freelance musicians from all sides. If you want to help, please donate to the emergency fund of the German Orchestra Foundation!
