Encouraged by the artistic director of the Münchner Motettenchor, Benedikt Haag, Maximilian Höcherl and Maruan Sakas arranged and composed »Barock in Blue« – a jazz arrangement of all six Bach motets. The work was premiered in 2018 and enchanted Bach connoisseurs and jazz lovers alike.
